What we collect
When you message {BRAND} on WhatsApp we receive your WhatsApp phone number and, if your profile shares it, your display name. During setup you tell us your chosen exam, subjects and language, and optionally your exam date.
As you use the service we store which questions you were sent, which answers you gave, whether they were correct, your streak, and the dates you were active. If you send a payment screenshot we store that image so a person can verify the transfer.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for or store your CNIC, card details, bank credentials or address. Payments are made directly through JazzCash or Easypaisa; we only see the screenshot you choose to send. We do not read or access any of your other WhatsApp conversations — we can only see messages you send to our number.
Why we hold it
Your answer history is what makes the service work: it drives your streak, decides which questions come back to you, and produces your weekly report. Your phone number is how sessions reach you. Payment records exist so we can verify a subscription and answer a billing question later.
Who else sees it
Messages travel through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, so Meta processes them as the messaging provider. Beyond that we do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Our systems are self-hosted rather than run on a third-party chatbot platform, which means your data is not passed to an intermediary vendor.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and progress while your subscription is active and for twelve months afterwards, so a returning student does not lose their history. Payment screenshots are deleted twelve months after verification.
Your choices
Send STOP at any time to pause all messages. To have your data deleted entirely, message us and ask — we will remove your record and confirm once it is done. You can ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you.
Children
{BRAND} is intended for candidates preparing for postgraduate and competitive service examinations. It is not directed at children under 13.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially we will say so in the chat before the change takes effect. Questions about privacy can be sent to the same WhatsApp number you use for the service.
