CSS MPT questions
What is the MPT and why does it matter?
The MCQ-based Preliminary Test is FPSC's screening stage. You have to clear it before you are allowed to sit the CSS written examination — so it is a hard gate, not a formality.
Does this cover the CSS written papers too?
No, and deliberately. The written exam is essays and precis, which a question bot cannot teach. This is aimed squarely at the MCQ screening test, where daily drilling genuinely works.
How do you handle Current Affairs going out of date?
By preferring structural topics — treaties, institutions, long-running disputes — over personnel. Anything genuinely time-bound carries its year in the topic name so it is obvious when it needs rechecking.
Which subjects should I start with?
